If your mobile phone, tablet or mobile internet device is lost or stolen, it can be added to a national list for stolen mobile devices. Adding a device to the list will prevent it from being used on Bell’s network, and the networks of all service providers in Canada.
You should also contact Bell Mobility & have them transfer your service to another device: 1-800-667-0123
Details on what to do can be found in the support section of Bell.ca here:

If it’s an iPhone, you can log in to iCloud and lock the phone by marking it lost or stolen using the “Find My” app

Good Day & Welcome.
If you’ve lost your phone/tablet or think it’s been stolen, log in to MyBell and suspend your service. You should also report it to the local authorities.
If your mobile phone, tablet or mobile internet device is lost or stolen, it can be added to a national list for stolen mobile devices. Adding a device to the list will prevent it from being used on Bell’s network, and the networks of all service providers in Canada.
You should also contact Bell Mobility & have them transfer your service to another device: 1-800-667-0123 or dial *611from any Bell mobile device.
If you have a smartphone, you can also try using location apps for tracking and erasing your phone's data remotely, such as Apple’s Find My or Find My Mobile for Samsung.
- (You can refer to your phone manufacturer’s website or manual for more information.)
Details on what to do can be found in the support section of Bell.ca. Here is the web link:
