For Visa, you should be able to change by logging into your mybell acct. under profile section.

For live person, try the live online chat before 12 am est.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

If you login to your MyBell account with any web browser, Select > Pre-authorized payment in the One Bill section. You can update your method of payment. ie. Bank or Credit card. In your case. Select > Update credit card. Fill in all of the information fields. Select > Accept terms & condiitions at the bottom of the screen. 

If you have already set up Pre-authorized payments on MyBell, you can add, change, or delete them from this location. Open up your web browser & just go to MyBell if you wish to make any payments changes.

  1. If you're using your credit card to make one time payments, take a look at How to Add or Delete a Credit Card Payment : My Bell app: How to add or delete saved credit cards
  2. If you have a pre-authorized payment agreement for your credit card, take a look at:   How to pay my mobile phone bill : Pre-authorized credit card plan (bell.ca) Select  > Pre-authorized credit card plan, and scroll down Make changes using the MyBell app on your mobile device.

My husband has a Aeroplan account and want to add the card to our account with Bell .

How do you currently pay your bill? Have you setup pre-authorized payment on MyBell?

You can set up or modify pre-authorized bank or credit card payments by logging in to your MyBell web account or by logging in to the MyBell app on your device. You can login to your MyBell account & select > Bills and payments. Select > My bill. Select > Payment options.

You can also set up or change pre-authorized bank or credit card payments on MyBell with a web browser, please follow the steps in one of the web tutorials below:

Note: If you just signed up for Pre-authorized Credit card payments, then you should make a manual payment for your first payment to be safe. If you overpay, your account will be credited & any overpayment will be applied to your next monthly bill. Do not adjust your pre-authorized payment.
