How to restore services for formal over-the-phone cancellations?

I talked to the AI and it just said go to the temporary suspension restoration website. I did that two weeks ago but I never got any confirmation that my Internet cancellation was cancelled. Do I have to talk to customer support directly over the phone again?

Thank you for your question. Can you please clarify? Did you cancel your internet service outright or did you temporarily suspend your internet service? Did you receive an e-mail acknowledging your cancellation? If you temporarily suspended and then restarted your internet service, there would also be a confirming e-mail. Did you receive that e-mail? You may need to call Bell at 1-866-310-2355 to confirm your account status and sort out your service. Unfortunately we have no access to account information in the Community Forum. A phone call will likely give you the answer you seek.

Good Day.

If the service has already been disconnected, it will need to be reestablished. Please call Bell Customer Service Accounts and Billing: 1 866 310-BELL (2355)

Take care.

Thanks for your time. I asked to cancel my internet services outright without having all the information and I wanted to undo the cancellation afterwards. I believe I received an email regarding "Disconnect information" but I haven't had to operate internet services on my own before. Now that the disconnect date is here all I see in my My services are my subscriptions but they'll be cancelled tomorrow.

Good Day & Welcome.

If you have previously called Bell to cancel your Internet service in its entirety, then you will need to contact Bell Customer Service.

If the service has already been disconnected, it will need to be reestablished. Please call: 1 866 310-BELL (2355)

Take care.

Thank you for your help, however I have tried using the temporary suspension website not knowing it was a full cancellation/disconnection and it did not provide the result I wanted
