Where did channel 1307 go in Fibe TV guide? It used to be HBO2, now nothing.

OK, I resolved it. It seems that by default, channel 1307 used to be shown on Bell Fibe TV terminal guide, even if you were not subscribed. Sometime in the last few months, it was removed from the setting "View subscribed and most popular channels". Now you have to select "View all channels" to see it if not subscribed. I guess it's no longer considered to be a "popular channel".

Same for Starz 2, for example.

Fibe TV.

But good point about the app. I hadn't thought of checking in there. In the Fibe TV app, the second channel 1307 still appears. It's only in the guide on the TV that it doesn't show. Even after I removed all the filters.

If it's a change, it seems to be a TV-only change. Can someone else check if they see channel 1307 on their Fibe TV guide?

Good Day.

Thank you for your follow up information. Please check your Guide settings ensuring that this channel has not been deleted from your Menu in error. If so, please go to your Menu settings on your remote control & add this channel back into your Fibe TV Guide.

Please provide us with additional information. How are you accessing this channel? E.g. Bell TV Box Cloud PVR VIP 7802, VIP 5662W 4K PVR, Bell Streamer, etc.

Let us know.

Take care.
