OK, I resolved it. It seems that by default, channel 1307 used to be shown on Bell Fibe TV terminal guide, even if you were not subscribed. Sometime in the last few months, it was removed from the setting "View subscribed and most popular channels". Now you have to select "View all channels" to see it if not subscribed. I guess it's no longer considered to be a "popular channel".
Same for Starz 2, for example.

Good Day & Welcome
This is a peer-to-peer website. We do not have access to your account and equipment records.
Which Bell TV service do you subscribe to? Fibe TV, Fibe TV app or Satellite TV. Do you have a subscription to Crave TV? How are you trying to access HBO2 on Crave? Bell receiver, streaming device, etc.
Is Crave included as part of your TV service package or is your subscription included with your mobility plan? If Crave is included as part of your Bell TV service package, you should be able to access channel 1307 on your Bell receiver.
Please check out the following weblink for instructions on how to access Crave

Fibe TV.
But good point about the app. I hadn't thought of checking in there. In the Fibe TV app, the second channel 1307 still appears. It's only in the guide on the TV that it doesn't show. Even after I removed all the filters.
If it's a change, it seems to be a TV-only change. Can someone else check if they see channel 1307 on their Fibe TV guide?
