How to Fast forward and Rewind stuff OnDemand?

How do I Fast forward and Rewind stuff that I view onDemand?   There doesn't even seem to be a Fast Forward button at all.

How about bell add fast forward and rewind to on demand, if you don’t finish a show it does start where you left off it started back at the beginning 😞 also it would be nice to pause and rewind and fast forward live TV (fast forward to the actual time)
