I use the Bell Fibe app. I subscribe to some extra channels on top of my package. One of the channels is not showing up on my grid to select.

So I have bell fibe TV app on my apple tv.
However I have a bunch of channels not showing in the guide. If I search for the channel it comes up and I am subscribed to the channel. Only way to get to it consistently is to add it as a favorite. Then go to it that way. However I can't see what's coming up because it doesn't show on the guide.
In settings it's set to show subscribed only.
If I turn it off. It'll show other channels I'm not subscribed to. But still doesn't show the missing channels.
Any advice ?

Hi there @James49
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Do you happen to have the Fibe TV app installed on another device / do you have another device such as a mobile phone or tablet that you can install the Fibe TV app on to test to see if you experiencing the same issue?
Have you tried reinstalling the Fibe TV app on your Apple TV?
Looking forward to hearing back.

I subscribed to both Sportsnet and TSN. Last night I had channel 1395 on my upstairs TV. I went to go put it on downstairs (both 4k tvs) and the channel disappeared. I contacted the chat and they said they fixed it all but its completely gone. Any ideas of what to do? CS has no idea what to do anymore

Good Day & Welcome
Thank you for contacting the Bell Community Forum.
It is somewhat difficult to answer your question with the limited information that you have provided. Can you tell please provide us with some further details?
- Is Channel 1395 Sportsnet 4K missing on your Favourites and as well on your All channels list?
- What are using to view Fibe TV on both TV's? Bell Fibe TV box VIP7802, Vip5662w, VIP2502, Bell Streamer, etc.
- Your receiver may not have the most up to date channel listing in its memory. You can force your receiver to refresh its listing by restarting or rebooting the receivers. Unplug the power cable from the back of the receiver. Wait 10 seconds. Reinsert the power cable. Wait approximately 5 min. for the Fibe TV receiver to restart. After your receiver has completelty finished restarting, go to the missing channel and check to see if the channel is working. (If it is working, please do the same for all receivers.) If it is not working go to the next step.
- The Virtual repair tool detects and fixes issues with your Bell Internet, TV and Home phone. Go to this website Bell - Virtual repair tool & select > Continue to run the Bell Virtual Repair.
Let us know if you require any additional assistance.
Take care.
