Does the 365 Global Plan only apply to roaming or to calls in Canada too?

Hi !  We have the global 365 plan .  We live in Canada so when not traveling to other countries can we call those other countries free of charge ! Or do we have to be in the other countries to call Canada and get the free of charge ? Thanks
