It appears Vancity is on the list of choices. (VANCOUVER CITY SAVINGS CREDIT UNION)Why is it not accepting my account number?

Has anyone else had a problem setting up Autopay? The $10/mo discount is a nice incentive. However, I have tried FIVE times now to enter my information. It is correct, and I am with Vancity. Is this a Vancity thing? Thank you.
