Why do all of my PVR recordings always start 1 minute early? When I restart a live program it begins at the start of the show. Why?

Thanks for the reply.Unfortunately, the "why" remains unanswered. Rogers starts recordings on time, and Bell restarts programs on time. Why does Bell start the recording 1 minute earlier?
