Yes still getting the same message. Only on the 6500 receiver it does that all the other ones are working

Hi thereI just got the 6500 receiver as a replacement but anytime I try to do the startup and complete the setup on the receiver it fails and says to mention error code #004 anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks
