I can’t access the hub 2000 through the internet. Therefore I have no administrative access and no way of managing my Wi-Fi networks (primary and guest network etc.). I cannot set a transfer speed (2.4G or 5G). The chat says it’s an ongoing problem ...
Same issue. I’m trying to set up a guest WiFi but can’t access the router. I have bell hub 2000. It sounds like my hardware is not up to date. Frustrated!
