Hello thanks for your reply, but I did an update a while back that Nick solved my problem, the call waiting for some unknown reason was missing at the back end, so he replaced it and now it all works fine!
Just an update, thank you to @BellNick for checking and finding my call display had been missing at the back end, and he replaced it manually! Problem resolved so far, I checked with my cell phone, but have yet to have an incoming call to really see ...
