Typing in the entire email address does work.. I stand corrected. But it is too bad it does not work for Names like Search "RJH" instead of typing in "RJH@***.com"

I even type in the exact email address and it still does not work. 

@BellPatricia  I use that search inbox and continually get "ERROR: Your search could not be completed. Please refine your search criteria." RJH
