So am having the same problem sent a text to the short code and this was the response, and also when I visited the page this is what I was getting  

Hi can bell help me or anyone here. I have a iPhone 15 pro and I tried downloading WhatsApp, the authentication code and voice call don’t come to me. I have tried all I can .My number was ported to bell. thanks
