Can I pay off my device in full or apply funds to a device balance?

Hi I have my 14 pro purple iPhone I wanna keep my phone and pay for the balance that is $599 due in 5 days my bill payments set to pre authorization so I am not sure for $599 it is automatically deducted from my account or I have to pay for that .
