If there is decent internet in your area I would suggest cellular to wifi. Get an IT guy to setup a roaming wifi system in your house and property. I live in a area where cellular signal is weak but I use cellular to wifi no problem.

I would like to know how I would get access to ODSP  bell canada offers? is there a phone number direct department that I can speak to? online forum?
