From what I have read from other forms/posts, there is some programming to be done on the XGS/PON adaptor. Access the adapter's webUI to copy the MAC ADDRESS from the GigHub, and set "35" on the adapter's VLAN (as a tag). Can't confirm if this works ...

@ Chris_p thanks for the link.... doubt this issue wont get resolved as it seems it probably interferes with their monitoring tactics. 

Care to share a link for XG-PON/XGS-PON adaptor? From what I have read, there are different types (not too sure of the difference). Thanks.
