Esim deleted how do i recover it back when overseas.

Hi I’m just home from a trip - used Airalo eSIM while away. Now back home and my phone isn’t reverting back to Bell as primary. I’ve deleted the Airalo eSIM. Currently at the top of my iPhone it indicates SOS. ANY IDEAS?
