Well I know have phone service the line is without static and it works. Ist time since early Sept when I first phone in. They tried to fix the static, then it went completely dead about the 17th of Sept. - now it works...
After 10 days of either nil phone access or heavy static on the line the phone is dead again this morning. Went thru all the machinations to remedy the issues in last weeks. Still no resolution.
had to borrow a cell phone - Almost remedied... the line is live again but the static is still there. We were advised by the call center to clear the snow off our line or something. Had a tech actually shown up mid morning today after three or four...
