Bell hub 4000 - 5ghz band keep dropping/disappeared

This week the 5ghz band keep dropping after a few hours, even after factory reset or restart.From the client list, all are connected via 2.4gHz, normally my iphone will connect the 5ghz band but it can't of disappeared.Anyone can help ? Thanks.
