Will the buy back option at the end of my mobile contract be effected if I replace motherboard?

I have a Samsung S23. Issues with overheating and charging. Technician said motherboard needs to be replaced. Is this going to effect my buy back option at the end of my contract if the numbers don't match up from the original motherboard?
