I can get full speeds with ADMZ, but the connection (at least what the UDM shows) is not stable.

Passing pppoe to a Ubiquiti DM Pro SE. I have the 3up/down plan, and getting nowhere close on upload speeds. DL is 2500+ but upload is like 800. Anyone have any ideas?
