Mine seems to be working just fine lately,I guess it fixed itself, only after the installation it didn't work for a while but after about a month it seemed to all of a sudden started working and has ever since for the past five months
I know what you mean, I'm a brand new Bell Fibe customer and my microphone voice command doesn't work at all no matter what I do and follow the instructions and still Nothing!
