Multiple reboots were done since then. Old Gigahub 1.0 still gets 3/3 no problem when plugged back in. The speedtest you see in my screenshot is inside the browser on Bell.ca. The speedtest inside the device gives even worst results under 1gbps

Already tried all of these and called 3 times to get it fixed. Technicians can't even run remote speedtest on the modem so feels like this Gigahub is a lemon. I am getting it replaced in store tomorrow.
Just got a brand new Gigahub 2.0 on my new Bell account. Had a Gigahub 1.0 on a 3/3 Fibe package. Download was always good clocking around 2938/3158.
