I tried all of that before posting. The instructions work fine for 5, 10, 15 or 20 seconds but it won't go any higher than 20.

I have followed the instructions to configure my phone to ring for 30 seconds before going to voicemail but it goes after about 20 seconds instead of 30. I know I'm programming it correctly because I have successfully set it to different times from 5...
