TV channels lock up for a few seconds. Ive rebooted several times. Whats the problem.

I've rebooted the box numerous times. Is anyone else having this problem. Have the Arris VIP5662W box.

Yes. My internet wifi disconnects every day at least once. Bell is useless as far as a fix. They just say everything looks fine.
