It’s hopeless and worthless. I’ve reset the modem 1000 times. It works for an hour, 10 minutes or 10 days, no pattern. Tech checked last year, fiber splice, new modem same result. Your internet is THE WORST.
Welcome to Bell! I only reset my modem 4 times an hour with the same issue. Tech rep, respliced fiber, new modem = same problem. Worst internet in the world, makes me miss dial-up.
