How to access \\mynetwork (USB storage) on Bell Giga Hub from Windows 10

I followed the steps from Bell site to connect to a USB drive (\\mynetwork) with Bell Giga Hub, but it has got an error. from Windows 10 desktop PC: 'Windows cannot access \\mynetwork'. Someone could help to resolve this issue? Thanks!
