No incoming calls when in the USA, Data and SMS, and outgoing calls are fine. but cannot recieve any incoming calls, both from USA and Canada. For over a year trying to resolve this with various representatives but no fix. Had enough, about to move...
For me it was in the settings for RCS texting. It required me to input the phone number manually, I also asked Bell to correctly register the phone, as it isn't one they sell.
