Now bell has removed the weather app from the TV. Will not consider finding another provider not impressed.

How do I remove the ctv webpage from coming up after I sign out of my bell webmail, I do not want to see this after what has been done to the Chief Anchor.I would prefer to have CBC webpage come up - how do I change that url
