I have 1Gb internet but only get 10 MB download
When i download from steam or any other launcher, i get MAX 11 MB/sec. I have no download cap, cat6 cable an the white Bell internet router
Can you help me figure out how to fix this?

No VPN, nothing like you said. I've tried another cable, and an other computer, all the same. It always go off and on again, i loose it for 5 to 10 seconds before getting it back. my Link speed (Receive/Transmit) Is at 100/100 Mbps
