Mine turned out to be a software issue even though the ping plotter looked like it was saying it was dying at my router.I had to shut down some of the apps that installed + started windows background services to find it in the end. 

Yup same here mid town. Every 10 seconds my ping spikes from 7ms to 1900ms. Really disrupts zoom calls
