The problem is with the new Microsoft Outlook - they are working on it.  IMAP or POP servers not included in the new Microsoft Outlook Mail e.g. Sympatico,  Yahoo, icloud, etc.My Contacts have returned by "magic".  

sympatico incoming email stopped working and Contact List disappeared?
