who is in charge of mcafee support is it bell or mcafee.

I called mcafee and they told me to seek support from bell is this correct?

why is my mcafee full system scan taking so long and even files scanned is moving it is stuck at 18%

no errors found if it is mcafee to be fixed will bell support be able to fix it I called mcafee and they say bell is the one in charge of support

it takes around 8 hours to finish scan on roughly 150000 files before it took about 4 hours.
