Just went through it all myself.they won’t downgrade the modems anymore and they don’t seem to really care.indtalled a week ago, cancelled today.

Experienced this only to find Bell flat out refuses to downgrade to the 4000.just for the service last week and have cancelled it already.bell doesn’t care
