This is horrible!  There is not good coverage of 4g etc, 3g is the only way to make calls in some areas!

Hello @miicar

3G is a third generation wireless access standard introduced in the early 2000s and has been followed by 4G/LTE and by the newest generation of wireless standards we know as 5G/5G+.

VoLTE (Voice over LTE) is the current and next generation wireless standard that allows you to make voice calls over the LTE network. Shutting down older network technologies opens up further network capabilities for 4G/LTE and 5G/5G+ advancements.
