Welcome to the Bell Community Forum!

The purpose of the Bell Community Forum is to provide a place for you to seek and share support, insights and information about Bell products and services with other like-minded users.  We want the Bell Community Forum to be an open, honest and helpful space for you and other Bell customers. Bell employees are welcomed in the community but we ask you identify yourself on the registration step for full disclosure and transparency.

The Bell Community Forum is intended as a peer-to-peer community, and, like all public forums, opinions expressed on the Bell Community Forum are those of the respective contributors, including comments made by Bell employees. The views expressed do not necessarily represent or reflect the views of Bell and Bell is not responsible for the accuracy of any information, opinions, claims or advice shared here.

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to moderate and/or remove any posts, as well as limit, suspend or ban access to the forum for any participants who breach these guidelines.  Note that the word “Moderator” or “Community Manager” will be placed in the user's profile and near the user's screenname to identify Bell Community Forum moderators and managers.

When sharing your opinions there are basic rules we ask everyone to follow to assure the enjoyment of all participants.  The following guidelines establish the expectations and rules for those participating.

 

Be Kind: Healthy debate is encouraged. Please use respectful and appropriate language and etiquette. The Bell Community Forums prohibits posts which include language that can be considered: abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening in any way and/or intimidates, harasses, coerces or bullies any person, organization or corporation in any fashion.  We have absolutely zero tolerance for any discriminatory language or hate speech.

Be Safe & Secure: Remember the Bell Community Forum is public. For your safety and security, please do not post any personal information about yourself or others; including third parties (e.g. IP address, IMEI, SIM, email address, phone numbers, addresses, invoices, chat logs, screen captures etc.). Please note that you are responsible for your private messages and deleting any personal information that may be contained therein.

Be On-Topic: Help keep the Bell Community Forum a pleasant place to be.  Assure your posts are as relevant to the community, the topic/subject discussed and/or other user's comments as can be.  Any post that are off topic or discuss Moderator action will be removed.

Be Lawful & Legitimate: Any post relating to legal or financial matters will be removed.  Do not post anything you know to be or could be considered: in violation of any law, is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading in any form and/or is in violation of any intellectual property right of another person or company.

Be Spam-Free: Help keep the Bell Community Forum spam-free. Any post(s) that are or can assume to be overtly: linking off the page to non-Bell sites/URLs, promoting any product or service outside those of Bell Canada and its subsidiaries, duplicates posted across multiple threads, and any intentional form of flaming, trolling or spamming will be removed.
