A Brand New Coat of Paint for the Bell Community!
I am thrilled to share some exciting news with you today. If things are looking a little brighter and feeling a bit more modern around here, your eyes aren't playing tricks on you.
Welcome to the newly rebranded Community Forum!
Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to give our digital home a much-needed makeover. Our goal was simple: to update the look and feel to match the vibrant and awesome customers who use it every single day.
Here is a quick rundown of what’s new, and more importantly, what’s staying exactly the same.
What changed?
We’ve refreshed our visual identity to make the forum easier to navigate and align to Bell.ca:
- A Fresh Color Palette & Imagery: We’ve updated our layout with modern colors and new images to make reading, posting, and browsing a smoother and more visually appealing experience.
- Shiny New Badges: We love celebrating your contributions! We’ve updated the color pattern of our community badges - and added a few more! Whether you're a newcomer or a seasoned All-Star, your milestones will now be marked with updated icons to show off your expertise.
- Upgraded Avatars: We’ve updated the color pattern of our community avatars. If you used a custom avatar previously, you simply need to re-apply it again.
What’s stayed the same?
While we’ve changed the curtains and repainted the walls, the foundation of our house hasn't moved an inch:
- Our Core Purpose & Tone: This forum has always been about connection, sharing knowledge, and helping one another in a friendly, respectful environment. That community spirit of support is our heartbeat, and hasn't gone anywhere.
- The Support You Rely On: All of our existing lines of business, discussion boards, and support categories remain exactly where you left them. You can still ask the same questions, find the same great answers, and connect with the same awesome peers, experts and moderators.
