Resolved! US Long Distance (Home Phone) - Does it include Alaska?

We are paying for US long distance every month but when I call Anchorage, Alaska, I cannot get connected. Is Alaska included in the long distance we are paying? This is only happening when we use our Bell long distance phone.

Resolved! Home Phone 500 minutes long distance

I just changed My Home Phone package to the 500 minutes Long distance calls. Is this really Long Distance across CDN or just after 18:00 hrs calls?????
