Have you spoken to Tech Support and opened a ticket to investigate further? NOYou said you can't receive international text messages - what about sending them? What about calls?  I CANT RECEIVE OR SEND, not sure about callsHave you replaced your SIM ...

I have the same problem and I can’t find anybody who can explain why. I can’t receive texts from any international number even if I’m here in Canada.
