The proposed work around makes no difference .. The view option doesn't even show.. and my emails are still listed vertically on the left hand side.. this problem is a real pain!
Same issue as everyone re email display on iPad . can't change the view regardless on web browser. Never had a problem until a few day ago.. No issues using Mac.. Only iPad, both!
