Scam Call Alert! Received call this morning from local number. Pr recorded message offering fiber optic and free modem upgrade. All I had to do is press 1 . Of course I hung up. 

Finally had to call bell tech and they got it sorted out. Thks everyone for your assistance which normally would have worked.

The problem is I don’t know the password even after I tried a couple I had including the hub password.

I want check to see if DHCP is activated on my modem , but cannot access it using the supplied wifi  passsord ? Any suggestions appreciated.
