Récepteur VIP2502 ne fonctionne pas avec récepteur VIP7802

Bonjour,Je viens de revenir chez Bell après 1 an d'interruption. Je possède un récepteur VIP2502 et le technicien me dit que je ne peux le faire fonctionner car mon autre récepteur (loué) est un VIP7802... Quelqu'un d'autre a ce problème?
