Interesting that Bells proposed solution was the modem? We have Fibe 50 and the new modem is a Hub 3000. Receivers are VIP HD PVR and the other is a wireless HD receiver. Connected via WIFI and no we can't connect via ethernet.
Bell came to the house and replaced our old modem with a new one. This was his recommended fix. The TV is still buffering! I don't know what else to try. Does anyone have a solution for this?
