I can’t get into the Global app. Still says loading…/chargement

I can’t log onto the Global TV app too. I select Bell as the provider, enter my username and password, complete the captcha, and all I get is “loading…/chargement” with a spinning wheel of doom. @BellPatricia can you help please?
