HI!This is the first try using AMEX card.All information which I input is correct, I did it so many times.I use AMEX card to other payment like Costco, Amazon and so on..-----When I pay, I use my laptop so it means "web browser".
I contacted the AMEX Credit card, so they said " there is no problem to use" but they said to m"e Bell system of payment is wrong. So Bell has to fix it . if not , I cannot use it.All problem is from Bell system" .
Hi! I try to pay the fee using AMEX credit card...but it cannot accepted by the payment page.I think AMEX has 15 number but you require 16 number.So please let me know how to solve it.
