Dito i have given up my own save email folder disappeared I person looking after my case said she was passing to higher up TWO WEEKS AGOSTILL WAITING 

Checked all everything seems fine and no I haven’t retrieved any lost emails 

As I said folder  NEVER disappeared just the content  inside the folder

Twice this has happened I think after apple updated
