The HH4k is plugged into my Cloud Gateway's 10Gb WAN port via ethernet cable. Did the initial setup on the Cloud Gateway to use PPPOE. That's it. Cloud Gateway Fiber is doing all the work. 

Setup was simple really, just need your PPPOE login and the Cloud Gateway does all the work. 

I'm in Ontario and just setup my Cloud Gateway Fiber to use PPPOE. Been running great. Getting full speed too. 3/3. 

Can you tell me where specifically? I’m not seeing it. 

How do I get my ppoe password? When I call support they tell me the 4000 hub doesn’t use a password and they won’t give me one?
