I recently got Bell Fibe TV with no other services - stand alone service. I am now receiving notices that my internet usage is reaching its maximum monthly allowance. How can I be reaching the limit on a service I don't have?
This makes sense to some degree but why would Bell sell me a service that runs on the internet and then give me a plan with a '0' internet usage limit. Effectively they are making it impossible for me to use the TV service if it works on the internet...
