We seem to be making progress !I Booted Up at about 7;00 AM to-day Fri. 28 July , logged on to Ma Bell a few minutes after that ! It is still open @ 9:15 PM , same day, never logged me off...keep up the progress Ma Bell !
LOL , good luck with that , although in all fairness I did get a call back as promised from a Bell Sales person who was trying to sell me on TV / Cell and Landline ..said , not yet, fix the E-Mail 1st...no real response
A credit would be nice, but not likely, probably just keep getting ignored.I also thought they had fixed the problem ,a period of stability but then back to same old same old, maybe it's time to pay a visit to Mr. Rogers !
